reflection...

Today Good Friday, is a day of reflection and of giving back....

I have woken this morning feeling particularly reflective.

In this world today, of mass consumption and materialistic greed it is easy to forget that actually it is the simplest things in life, which cost ZERO $$$, that are the key to even getting close to that life long persuit of fulfillment..and, by stepping back and trying to reduce the importance of 'me & I' one remembers all too clearly that 'we' would not 'be' if it wasn't for the sacrifice of others...
