




It isn't perhaps the most obvious but having come across these stunning images - white and grey really can work very well together.
In particular I love the images taken from San Dominico House in Italy which shows how grey can be used as an alternative in adding colour to the traditional whitewashed buildings. You see a lot of blues & greens but seldom grey.. it works as a nice alternative I think.
In contemporary spaces of course grey has much more prominence in colour palettes but with a little bit of imagination it doesn't have to be drab and masculine.. combined with white it can be crisp and very kind on the eye.
